I started this with the intention of starting to excersize and getting myself fit – that was almost a year ago (as on my original post). So now I’ve got my Gym membership and I’ve been to my first “session”.

I hope this goes as well as I hope it does (!?) and that I will continually keep this blog updated..

Body type: Slim

Fitness level: Extremely unfit

Eating habit: Pretty much anything
